How to submit a paper to the DSC Proceedings?

1. Authors can submit paper proposals directly through the Driving Simulation Proceedings site. If submitted before April 15th, they will be reviewed with notification at the latest on June 1st and published in September, if accepted (final paper submitted by July 15th, taking into account reviewers remarks).

2. Authors can follow the DSC Europe VR conference 2-stages reviewing procedure, starting with abstract submission, see: if both the abstract and the full paper are accepted, they may present their paper during the conference, according to the DSC Europe VR Scientific Committee reviewing.

Is it possible to download the proceedings?
While proceedings are free to read for everyone, a Driving Simulation Association membership is required to download the papers.
Is it possible to find a paper published in the proceedings of the DSC 2015 Europe or in a previous edition ?
Indeed the Driving Simulation Proceedings website allows access to the editions of 2016 onwards. A Driving Simulation Association membership is required to access and download the Driving Simulation Conference (DSC) Europe Proceedings since the 1st edition in ’95. All proceedings can be found here.
How do we access the Driving Simulation Association Site?
You are welcome to join the Driving Simulation Association. For registration see: https://driving-simulation.org/subscription-plan/.
Are the Proceedings papers referenced in an indexing tool?
Yes, the Proceedings are indexed by Scopus starting from April 2021 on the Scopus website. Other reference organisms will follow.
How long after submissions will the paper be published
Driving Simulation Proceedings papers are published early September (usually at the first day of the year’s Driving Simulation Conference). Published papers may be part of the conference program, if the authors follow the conference reviewing process, according to the Scientific Committee reviewing results.
Is there a publication cost?
A 150€ fee is charged to the authors of accepted papers for edition cost. This edition cost is covering conference participation fee if authors are following the conference reviewing process.
